Due to clashing diaries I travelled to St Albans for my brow top up appt with Kelly as we couldn’t work out an appt for Knottingley where I would usually go, however there’s no distance I wouldn’t travel as she is just amazing! Eva is very through, asks lots of questions to ensure that clients are happy with the planned process of permanent makeup. I was impressed with Eva’s knowledge and free personal consultation for which I was not offered anywhere else whilst researching. Eva is very friendly, professional and highly recommended.

Disappointed that Friday when I had lashes on Friday wrong advice given. And so disappointed I did not get the look I wanted. After seeing amber today she told me what lashes should have been applied. After I had them taken off today she said she could have reapplied thicker lashes for the look I wanted shame she wasn’t there Friday.
