I had a Japanese Tsuboki facial with Adele and it was a wonderful experience. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment was deeply relaxing and helped release tension in my face, neck, and shoulders. My skin felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterwards. Adele’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. I would highly recommend Adele and will definitely be booking another treatment soon.

I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Liza always goes above and beyond in what she does and makes sure I’m relaxed and comfortable, and we always have a good catch up while she works. I always walk out the door feeling happy. Had lash line semi permanent makeup today. After being nervous, I can only say there was nothing to be concerned about. Liza puts you at ease and is very competent. She’s also a perfectionist, which is important with this type of work. I love my new eyes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a relaxing and rejuvenating infrared sauna experience! The setting was calm and beautifully designed, with soft lighting and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The gentle heat was deeply soothing without feeling overwhelming, and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely reset. Everything was spotless and welcoming. I can’t wait to book again!
