I had both a trial and wedding day appointment with Dawn. As Mother of the Groom it was important to me that I tried to look my best. Dawn was fantastic- she listened to me and did my hair exactly as I visualised. As well as being a talented hairdresser, she was also lovely and extremely friendly, I would not hesitate to recommend her! Thanks so much Dawn!

It was my first time visiting today to have my nails done and i was so impressed with the salon and how friendly and welcoming the staff were! Jess who did my nails is brilliant! I’ve been visiting Heather for a number of months now, my skin has never been so good in my whole life! I look forward to escaping to her beautiful home salon every month. I booked in for the Autumn glow facial and the back, shoulder and neck massage ahead of my wedding and I am so glad I did! Loft Spa is so relaxed and dreamy and both Holly and Chloe who did my treatments were brilliant. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing experience for my wedding hair and makeup trial. I never really wear makeup so was slightly apprehensive but I was made to feel really at ease and nothing was too big of an ask. Absolutely loved every minute of it and really happy with the results.
