Ek was nou vir amper 3weke siek en dankie dat jy my so mooi help om terug te kom in die oefen routine, maar ook dat jy my gesondheid in ag neem, geen gym of personal trainer het my al ooit so mooi gehelp, ek wens elke vrou wat wil oefen kan net by Yolandi uitkom, jy sal NlE spyt wees nie.
