Great service and beautiful results. Matshepo was professional, friendly and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction since she constantly asked if I’m happy with the shape, size and colour. visited Saks Hairdressing for the first time this past weekend and what a wonderful experience it was. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The salon is also very neat and clean and staff professional at all times. My partner and I went for a manicure, pedicure and haircut, lots of time and effort was spent on each treatment and prices are extremely affordable. I will definitely be visiting again soon 😁 A special shoutot to Zoe who made me feel most at home, keep up the great work.

I had the most pleasant experience with Netalia/ Natalia and her right hand lady. I was petrified after my last appointment else where, as my nails were left badly damaged and in pain. I had no pain in the removal and new set application. The work is clean and neat and the venue is beautiful. You made me feel like I had known you for years. You were welcoming, friendly and gave me such a wonderful experience. Thank you. I have booked already for the whole year 🤣❤️ that's when you know.... You found the one lol.

Tam is my go-to nail tech for a reason...✨ I’m always happy with my nails and I always leave feeling good after spending time with her. Talented, warm and consistent every time, I highly recommend her. 💅

The hosts were very friendly , beautiful place however our appointment was delayed by an hour and the nails took longer to do which affected our plans. I do feel that the staff need time management training. Also my nail smudged as I couldn't get it fixed as they have you sign a warning before hand that states that the nail polish takes long to dry which I feel is unfair as a professional nail salon you should ensure that your clients leave with set nails and give them the best quality to last them longer and bring them back. Other than these minor hiccups , I enjoyed my time at Boa.
