Addison was wonderful. I had my brows mapped because they hadn’t been waxed in quite a while. She did a fantastic job and was very communicative. She also had a game plan for my brows going forward. The service was excellent. Minimal redness. I’m excited to have a reliable waxer in Kalamazoo. I already have my next appointment booked and will look forward to seeing Addison for a facial sometime soon as well!

Definitely will be recommending to my people! We felt so relaxed after that we forgot our freshly dried swimsuits! Did a couples head spa with my fiancé and we felt like royalty. The inner haven experience is so relaxing, they brought us water, chilled towels for our faces/necks, and kept us updated as to when our service providers were ready for us. The service itself was so relaxing and included a shoulder & arm massage which I loved. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Also the environment was very luxe and relaxing; the perfect addition to Kalamazoo!

Macy did an amazing job with my short haircut. She fit me in last minute, really listened to what I wanted, looked at my inspo photos, and worked with my natural head shape. She softened and shaped my cut so it grows out well and doesn’t feel harsh or masculine. I’m so happy with the result and will definitely be back!

The tech was very friendly and it is always clean and so welcoming in the salon. For this manicure in particular, I didn’t love that my cuticles were not pushed back at all and that I left with the area around my nails full of a lot of dip residue both around and under my nails and being told it will wash off.

Nails looked good leaving but got home and it looks like it was rushed. I barely have polish on my pinky nail edges. Also one my middle and pointer on my right hand.

It’s always a great day when I get to see Bree. She is truly a master at her craft- because consistent pedicures with JUST her has made it so my toe nails are finally growing with a better shape, and they just look HEALTHY! It’s nice being able to blab and it’s genuine convo- not small talk. I appreciate my visits with her and it’s truly worth the $$ and worth while! Thank you, Bree!! ❤️

I’ve been going to Kelsey at Catherine Nails for a full year now, and she is absolutely amazing. Every set she does is clean, long-lasting, and beautifully detailed. She actually listens to what I want, helps shape my ideas, and always adds artistic touches that make the design even better. The salon is always spotless and comfortable, and I never feel rushed. Kelsey remembers my shape, my style, and the small details that matter. The girls are super friendly, but I had to wait for my manicure appointment and the nail artist had to go over the hour time slot, but still did s beautiful job! My nails look stunning! There's a male nail tech that kept making sexual jokes to the girls and hitting on the women clients. That's a little uncomfortable.
