I met Didi for the first time today and I had my hair cut and a manicure with gel polish. I am so happy I cannot stop smiling! My nails are stunning and it's the best hair cut I've had in a very long time! Didi is lovely, professional and very knowledgeable. The treatments are extremely reasonably priced and the treatment room is welcoming and comfortable. Didi couldnt do enough for me and made sure everything was perfect. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be going back. Thank you so much! Xx

The attention to detail, care, and professionalism were exceptional, and I felt completely pampered throughout my appointment. My nails look absolutely beautiful, and the quality of the work is outstanding. The nail technician is incredibly talented, friendly, and passionate about what she does. Danielle was amazing, couldn't do enough to put me at ease. Explained exactly what was going to happen and said if I wasn't sure I could cancel. Took about an hour to get the shape and size that was right and she didn't mind stopping and starting again. Perfection comes to mind, once she had almost finished she took photos to ensure that my eyebrows were completely right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her if you are considering having hyper realism eyebrows, I feel like my face is now as it should before age took mine away.

Had a lovely pamper experience at Butterfly this morning. I had an accident yesterday on my shoulder and arm so was struggling but Samantha's hands were very gentle around that area and I thoroughly enjoyed my half body massage. Luckily I had booked a Halo Head Spa so my hair was washed for me whilst the I had the full halo experience which if anybody likes their hair played with was unbelievably relaxing, finishing off with a soothing facial. Truly 5***** 🥰😃
