I had a manicure today including removal of previous gel as I want to give them a rest and let the natural nails grow. Becki has done a fabulous job and my nails look lovely now, very neat and tidy. Becki explained the process of how nails grow and gave me tips and advice for how to strengthen them and look after them. The salon is so welcoming and warm. I felt very comfortable here and will definitely be back.

This salon is the best in Newcastle under Lyme. Friendly atmosphere, staff really friendly and always happy to help and they provide the best treatments. I always walk out feeling amazing.

Absolutely loved my luxury pedicure with gel polish! I felt really welcomed and looked after by Sarah and Georgia, and very relaxed afterwards. I'll definitely be back!

Great service from Harleys. I wouldn't go anywhere else for laser treatment. Absolutely the best in Stoke-on-Trent area.

Visited this salon after a long time going to a different salon in Newcastle and being underwhelmed. Can honestly say it’s one of the best set of biab nails I’ve ever had, very precise and not at all rushed. Thank you :)

My first time with Tilly having a pedicure and manicure and it certainly won't be my last 🩷 Tilly is lovely and I was so relaxed, loved it!! It was all perfect. She is very professional and gave good advice on my cuticles that were all split. I would definitely recommend 👌

Literally came out glowing.....not just because of my pedicure but the atmosphere in this Salon is just wonderful! I had been having a bit of a stressful day, nothing going right, traffic, road works...I was 5 minutes late for my app but Kasim was so lovely, he told me it was fine and gave my feet a lovely soak, file and massage. I had Amelia afterwards who did the gel on my toes and despite my little toenails practically not existing she still managed get some gel on them so im all ready for my holiday in a weeks time. The whole place was just welcoming, fun and lovely. Thank you glam & glow!

I was so nervous about having lip fillers, but harley put me completely at ease and completely trusted her judgment on amount of filler/ shape etc. cannot recommend this clinic enough Harley and her team are excellent and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend friends/ family.
