I had a massage, gel manicure and waxing all by the Spa Therapist Lily. Lily was an absolutely amazing therapist. The massage was so relaxing, it enabled me to slow down which I usually find it very hard to do. Also, the quality of waxing and manicure was amazing as well. Such a pleasant and kind manner. Your treatments helped me very much to relax and made my day. Thank you!

I had the trainee and her technique was very good, I felt very relaxed afterwards and peaceful. I'd like to give a couple points of constructive feedback, I would have liked her to ask me what pressure I'd like or how it felt, and also her nails did scratch a couple of time and was sometimes uncomfortable when she went round the back of my shoulders. None of which made my experience any less enjoyable just thought I'd mention. Still one of the nicest treatments I've had, thank you!

Had gel manicure and pedicure and Abi did a brilliant job. There is a lovely friendly professional atmosphere and I felt very spoilt. Great tea and biscuits too! Will be going back again for sure and would highly recommend.
