I sent my ideas and she carefully planned every detail. During the appointment, she was patient, attentive and made sure everything matched my vision. The result? I have been to crystal nails salon on numerous of times. Everytime is as amazing as the last. The cleanliness is impeccable, the quality of the nails are amazing, the customer service is fantastic and I would 1000% recommend crystal nails leeds everytime. I am a nail technician myself and this salon is the ONLY salon I will get my nails done at. Paulina and barbi are FANTASTIC nail technicians, I would say the very best that there is.

Julie has opened my eyes to what good nails are!!! I get the Russian ones, and they’re so thin and delicious I’m in love! And I also feel like my actual nails are still in such good shape! I had an incredible facial at The Beauty Box Leeds (141 Stainbeck Ln, Chapel Allerton). The salon is calm, clean, and beautifully set up perfect for relaxation. The treatment was fully tailored to my skin, including a deep cleanse, exfoliation, mask, and an amazing facial massage. Kim was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about skincare. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and visibly glowing afterward. I had my nails done by Yim and I couldnt be happier with the experience. She is such a lovely and friendly person who immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Lovely experience in a mostly calming surrounding. The manicure and pedicure look great. Skye was lovely. The only negative was the music. Sorry, but horrible nasty lyrics from the likes of Kanye and Diddy. I’m not easily offended, but I found it difficult to fully unwind with the noise and lewd language in my ear for 2 hours. I would suggest something a bit lighter for clients to enjoy while relaxing during the fabulous treatments.

Love this place!!! The salon is super clean and has such a nice vibe. Everyone here is really friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. My nails came out perfect and great shape, smooth polish, and they last! Prices are fair for the quality. Everyone here is so lovely and great to chat to. Really recommend Russians here for anyone considering trying a more dramatic look as they make them so full but also fluffy and well suited to your individual eye shape. Love this salon! ❤️
