Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I had the Spa Pedicure with Paraffin Wax and a Manicure with Susan, and it was a wonderful experience. Susan was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment. The paraffin wax treatment felt incredibly soothing and left my feet feeling soft and refreshed My manicure and pedicure were done with great care, and I left feeling pampered and relaxed. The whole experience was enjoyable, and I would happily recommend Susan to anyone looking for a high-quality treatment. Thank you for such a lovely service!

I had my eyebrows and lashes tinted today and also had a manicure with Sanela, and I’m really pleased with the results. She is very friendly and easy to talk to, and she immediately put me at ease. She took her time to make sure everything was done properly and the end result is excellent. A very professional service in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere – I would definitely recommend her.

The beautician put me at ease (the electric file had dentist drill vibes!), she was very chatty and friendly. She explained what she was doing and how to care for my nails after the treatment.

This girl is amazing! Today I had acrylic removal and french polish BIAB. My nails are transformed once again to a short, classic, manicured look. This is my third visit, I won’t be going anywhere else. I’ve already booked in my next appointment, as she is always busy!

​Davinder is genuinely the best Hollywood waxer ever! I felt no pain at all, which is a total game-changer. I got both my legs and Hollywood done, and she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. As a plus-size woman, I was a bit nervous, but Davinder was so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and non-judgmental. She is a true professional and an absolute lovely person. I won't go to anyone else.

Huge thank you to Kara for doing my hair for an awards night! 💖 I turned up feeling really stressed and anxious, but Kara was so lovely and patient, and the whole salon was just gorgeous. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming that I actually managed to relax and enjoy it instead of worrying! Absolutely loved my hair and left feeling a million times better than when I arrived. Amazing service and lovely people. I felt at ease and comfortable during my leg wax and my eyelash tinting. Shaf was super lovely and kind and made the whole experience the best. Best treatment I've had so far with great prices & great services related to Waxing, Facials, Tinting, Threading, Massage, Makeup, Lashes, Hollywood Wax, Manicure, and Pedicure. recommended 10/10
