Always love my time at Tree Spa. However, it seems you added one more chair and it just felt a bit squashed today. The lady next to me was having a manicure so the therapist was almost on top of me trying to squeeze into the space between the chairs. Takes away a little from the relaxation aspect

I love a firm pressure - Londy was lovely but could perhaps work on her firm pressure or focus on clients who prefer a light to medium pressure. Lovely as always at TreeSpa :-)

I loved the Willow Way TreeSpa, however feel that the Therapist did not do as good a French Manicure as the therapist I had at Figtree. The white line is not even and at Figtree, Thando used and different pink base which looked prettier. I also prefer the soak off with the “clips”I found the warm remover rather harsh as I have a very sensitive skin. However this is just constructive criticism as I won’t go anywhere else for my nails, I love TreeSpa❤️ Having my nails done is a very new thing for me and you have me hooked. I just feel so well groomed and love the experience. Thank you 😊

Thee best spa in Durban! For those who don't stay near Hillcrest, it's worth the drive. The standards of the therapists are exceptional! Worth every cent. Hands down, I will refer you guys to anyone, any day! Keep up the good work!!
