Wonderful experience from arrival to departure. My stylist was friendly, professional and provided a great blowout. Craig, the manager, was very helpful - even taking time out to provide me with some excellent local restaurant recommendations (to dive as a local might). All this from a hair appt made in a hurry while visiting Toronto for biz and personal time. Could not recommend this place more highly!

It was a magical experience! the staff were very professional, respectful, kind and welcoming. There was a calm atmosphere, I was offered coffee, and every moment felt like a luxurious getaway. I got a wash and blow dry with Zufan. I was staying for two nights at the Royal Sonesta Hotel and needed to look decent for an event on Saturday Dec 30th. I have thick hair and Zufan did a beautiful job! My hair looked great. She even managed to dry and style my hair in such a way that hid my gray hair. I will definitely book another appointment at this salon the next time I am Toronto!
