I’m absolutely in love with the results! My nails look so clean and elegant, and my brows are perfectly shaped , everything came out even better than I expected. The team was professional, welcoming, and paid such great attention to detail. I really appreciated how thorough and precise they were throughout the whole appointment. Such a lovely experience from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed the experience from beginning until end. The decor itself was cutesy and the space was airy and very clean. The ladies were so lovely & we enjoyably chatted the whole time. I wanted a simple french manicure and the lady who did my nails aced it. I was also able to also have an informative convo about how to reach my nail goals. The lash installation from Priviledge was also lovely & I'm so in love with the set. The atmosphere was so relaxed that I fell asleep a few times. Overall, 5 out of 5!

It was my first time at your Salon and I absolutely Love Amanda and Stacy they are doing a great job.I am just very upset when U got to pay my nails and toes was R380.00 I didn't to exsevive nail art and didn't had any soak off can you please give me a break down how can your nail art be so expensive. The lack of aircon was prevalent after sitting in there for hours and the lady who did my nails was more focused on speed than doing them properly. The nails are pretty but the gel tips are uneven with obvious flaws.

I enjoyed my 1st time experienced at the nail bar overall. Staff were very helpful and kind. I love my nails. Overall I give my experience 4/5 because I feel staff should improve on their interactions with guests. The 2x technicians on duty spoke to each other in xhosa throughout my and another clients servicing and that just didn't feel very inclusive.

Absolutely Amazing!! My first time visiting Mood. I arrived feeling very cold and a kind lady made me coffee. Then I met Zama and explained specifically what I wanted and how I wanted my nails to look. WOW! Zama is a highly skilled nail technician, her attention to detail is unmatched, she not only listened to what I wanted but exceeded my expectations and delivered a Professional service and Perfect nails. Thank you Zama, I am happy and overjoyed. Will definitely be back.
