I had such a lovely experience with Oksana at High Care Clinic in Richmond. She was incredibly professional, caring and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Oksana really took the time to listen, explain everything properly and made sure I was happy throughout the whole appointment. I had a consultation for my under-eye area and couldn't be happier with the experience. She was incredibly honest and advised that I didn't need under-eye filler, which really showed her integrity and expertise. The best thing I did in 2025 was find Nurse Grace at Gracefill Aesthetics. I was looking for someone that offered a range of services and importantly, someone who was a medical professional. I was nervous going to the initial consultation but needn't have worried at all. I have had various treatments and Grace is one of the loveliest humans I've had the pleasure to meet & get to know. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and will tell you honestly & realistically what is achievable. Her space is clean, comfortable and has a beautiful aesthetic. I would recommend Grace without hesitation.

Absolutely outstanding experience – this clinic is fabulous! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely taken care of. Irina, the owner, is simply incredible – so warm, genuinely passionate, and unbelievably knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything in detail, and made me feel 100% confident in my treatment plan. I had SPM combined with RF microneedling with the fabulous therapists Nellie and Oxana, and wow – the results are already stunning after just one session! Both Nellie and Oxana are total pros! 💯 recommended!
