Amazing experience as always. Lauren is always so understanding and kind, I was unable to make an appointment at last minute and she managed to accommodate me the following day. I’m always impressed with my treatments. My brows looks fresh and tidy after a lamination.

Ashley is an absolute wizz when it comes to beauty and lashes. I've recently tried classic lash extensions with her and I am so pleased with the results. Going to Haze is always a pleasure they are so kind and I wouldn't go anywhere else in York

Lauren made me feel welcome and I received a lovely treatment! Lauren was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. Micro-needling was something I have never had before and I loved it! I also had my brows laminated and tinted. Which Lauren always does a fantastic job of! I would highly recommend any treatment from Lauren.

My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. So lucky to be able to come to such a great place with the nicest staff. Thanks you The Bothy! Xx

Victoria was super friendly and welcoming. As we were in York for my daughters wedding we didn’t know where to get a hair up do and purely went off reviews. Victoria is excellent at up dos and 3 of us were more than happy with the end result. We would all 100% recommend her. You will not be disappointed I promise

Char is THE best at hair extensions in York by a mile. The blend is outrageous, colour match is spot on, she just knows exactly how to make it look so natural. She’s also the best therapist whilst working! The easiest person to talk to, goes above & beyond to accommodate you with every appointment. Just always a pleasure. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Gemma did a fabulous up style for me for my son’s wedding. She took the time to make sure she knew what I wanted and then used her expertise and flair to create a lovely up do.

I booked a 45 minute Swedish massage with Amy, and I requested firm pressure. This massage was better than the usual sports massages I get. I will be certain to book in here again during my next visit to York.

Charlotte was so lovely and very attentive. She made my lashes look amazing and was very kind throughout. Best wee spot in York.
