I had an amazing experience with my hairstylist today. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. She gave honest, professional advice about what would work best for my hair and recommended treatments and products tailored to its condition, rather than just doing what I asked. This is my second time going to Harriet for toenail reconstruction and am I glad that she’s now moved to Nottingham, yes I am! Came into malayage today to get a toner refresh&a restyle and can I just say I’ve left so so happy as always! THIS IS THE BEST salon in Nottingham! Today I had my hair done by Dorisa&she nailed the exact toner I wanted. It’s so nice to book Dorisa as she knows what suits my hair best&what colour I should pick. Dorisa’s friendly&bubbly nature makes the booking comfortable. Sundas was also present during my booking, always cheerful, bubbly, friendly&accommodating. Had the most amazing blow dry by Dorisa and a relaxing hair wash/massage by Sundas last week, I’ve been coming to this salon for years, travelling from Birmingham to Nottingham, and I’ve never once left unhappy with any treatment. The service is always 10/10 and the team are simply the best – I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! 💇🏻‍♀️✨

Visited the salon for the first time today, Absolutely spotless 🥰, My stylist Ana was amazing, she’s very knowledgeable and understanding about my hair needs in which past stylist haven’t really listened or seen my needs, its the first time in years I’ve left a salon feeling like a million dollars, definitely recommend this lovely amazing lady!!

I traveled all the way from London to Nottingham just to get my hair done by Dorisa again and it was absolutely worth every mile. She always does an amazing job, and this time was no exception.
