Charlotte is the best at what she does, I was made to feel so at ease the whole appointment. I’ve had my brows done before elsewhere and wasn’t happy with the end result but Charlotte asked plenty of questions on how I would like them and achieved this perfectly.

Gemma was so down to earth and made me feel so comfortable and I love my nails brows n lashes im now wedding ready thankyou I loved my pamper today :)

I have NO eyebrow hair at all so am very picky about getting my brows laminated and have waited 3 years whilst being in leeds to find the right person! And Billie is incredible! Took the time to really get the shape I was after with care! It’s very rare I go back to the same place but my brows are literally perfect so will be back! 5 star, I’ve been to Gemma for my nails brows and today a massage, loved my nails with the fab funky designs, and this morning massage was bliss

Gemma was absolutely amazing! I had a full set of hybrids & brown lamination done, gemma made me feel comfortable offering me a drink and even gave me a blanket due to it being a little cold! She was more than welcoming, offering me a drink and making sure I was okay. I also expressed my worries of brow lamination having never had it done before and Gemma ensured they were done to my personal preference. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes! Could not recommend a beauty salon enough! Thank you again Gemma x
