I was booked in with Claire today for lash lift and brow lamination and I'm delighted with the results. Claire is really excellent, she is professional and friendly but so down to earth and really warm and chatty.. As a Lux customer for 8 years I would always book in with Louise but it's great knowing that Claire is part of the Lux team and does a fantastic lash & brow appointment too! Exceptionally happy, as always, it's why I keep going back!

This was my 2nd visit. As you walk in the door you a greeted with a warm welcome from both girls. I had refil builder gel and brow lamination which I LOVE. I can highly recommend Vivid nails & beauty. Lovely salon and great prices

I was in yesterday with Nikki who did such an amazing job of my brow lamination and lash lift and tint. I had previously had a bad experience at another salon and Nikki was so professional, kind and understanding to my needs. She explained exactly what she was going to do and showed me how it was looking throughout the treatment. Absolutely so delighted with the results and can't wait to get booked back in with Nikki x

Alichia, what a girl! First time coming for an LVL & Brow Lamination/tint with her and I have never felt so comfortable speaking to a stranger. Alichia is hilarious, and amazing at her job.
