I arrived early, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Niani was wonderful. She kindly suggested a haircut style that would suit me and offered great advice for my hair. I can not express how greatful I am for the team at Echo my hair was ruined by a previous hair dresser, I have been so embarrassed by it for the past 7 weeks, the ladies all worked together to creating a healthy beautiful colour and style while at fixing my eyebrows and lashes at the same time I truely can’t thank them enough! Tien completed my brow lamination. It was my first time having my brows done at Nail Bar Norwood. Tien was gentle, thorough and very professional. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows.
