Amelia was very professional and friendly too. She asked about my preferences and offered helpful advice. I am pleased with my French tips. Might be helpful to have a Notice signposting where to go for the appointment as no one appeared at the reception area where I waited.

My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. So lucky to be able to come to such a great place with the nicest staff. Thanks you The Bothy! Xx

Victoria was super friendly and welcoming. As we were in York for my daughters wedding we didn’t know where to get a hair up do and purely went off reviews. Victoria is excellent at up dos and 3 of us were more than happy with the end result. We would all 100% recommend her. You will not be disappointed I promise

Char is THE best at hair extensions in York by a mile. The blend is outrageous, colour match is spot on, she just knows exactly how to make it look so natural. She’s also the best therapist whilst working! The easiest person to talk to, goes above & beyond to accommodate you with every appointment. Just always a pleasure. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Chantel was absolutely amazing. Had my Botox in 2 places, filler in smile lines and also my lips and I love the results. She was so knowledgable, gentle and reassuring all the way through and talked me through it step by step and consistently showed me the results as we went to see if I wanted any changes. Honestly couldn’t rate her any higher if I tried and will continue to use her forever!
