I've been going to Elena for my tattoo removal treatments for more than six months, and I can honestly say she is incredibly patient and never rushes the process. She always makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to explain everything at every appointment. I'm very happy with the results I've achieved so far. I had such an amazing appointment with Marta after she kindly managed to fit me in for my hair refit, she was super knowledgeable and did an amazing job on my extensions. I had a cold hair Botox today and I’m absolutely amazed how the results are turned out. My hair was damaged and over processed while last colouring. Marta was very professional and i fell that I’m in safe hands by how she accessed my hair and recommended cold hair Botox to restore my hair and give them beautiful shine back. Also helped and explained after. I will definitely come back for more treatments in the future

I was very apprehensive about having anti wrinkle treatment for the first time but I felt totally at ease with both girls who reassured me. The setting is relaxing and the small touches drinks, chocolates are an added bonus. Pleased with the results.
