Great 💯 I had the radiance reset package and worth every penny. Mel was not only very professional.......very considerate the whole time, chatty but not too chatty and the ambience of the room was relaxing and the music was perfect ( I was able to meditate during it all ) not just saying I will book again I already have, no need to say more apart from thankyou 💞

It was very enjoyable and relaxing up to the point that my sciatica kicked off and Mel noticed my discomfort and called a halt to the massage. This enabled me to sit up. Then stand up to ease my pain. Mel asked if I would like some water to which I said yes please. On her return to hand it to me she asked if I was ok? Then left me to redress. Mel was very kind and considerate which I totally appreciated. I would highly recommend Mel and the two treatments that I have had. First visit was head neck and shoulder massage . Today was the hot stone massage both highly recommended

Mel is so lovely and welcoming, really makes you feel at ease. I had a facial with massage and it felt amazing, I felt all my tension melting away in my chest and shoulders and my skin feels so smooth. The salon has a welcoming relaxing feel. 5 star for cleanliness. I also love the little things, I was offered a bottle of water on arrival and asked to choose the bottle I was drawn to the most, the surprise was a pretty affirmation card with an action on the reverse to complete to help you focus on your own wellness. I thought this was a great touch that shows attentiveness to thier customers.

Professional good advice no pressure. I felt very relaxed and confident to go ahead with a procedure.

Had another amazing treatment today with Katie. This was my 3rd session and my skin is so much better and my rosacea is hardly noticeable and flare ups non existent

My 1st treatment of the 3 of having skin booster injections Rachel explained everything and put me at total ease Numbing mask was used and it made a difference. Really happy with first results

Rachel made me feel very welcome and comfortable and explained each step to me and I am in love with the results! 🫶
