Absolutely fantastic! I live in Swansea, and it is worth travelling to Cardiff to have treatment in this salon. Suzanne is a really lovely lady who puts you at ease, straightaway. . Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. Definitely worth a visit. xxx

For the first time in 6 years it was lovely for someone to actually take note of my skin issues and look at it. Feel so much more confident that we have or will have found a treatment that helps manage it. Lots of advice on food and looking at allergies. Definitely recommend Sam. Made me feel so much at ease.

I was made to feel very welcome the moment I entered the clinic. Mercedes was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My procedure was botox and under eye polynucleotide. my lines under my eyes have reduced dramatically. I couldn't be any happier. She truly expert and phenomenal at what she does. Such a fantastic Dr. Talked through the whole process to ensure I fully understood what the procedure was and what to expect. Showed me the product and expiry date (something that has never happened when previously having botox with other practitioners). Advised against having a certain procedure as it wouldnt look quite right on me, fully trust Dr Sam 100%. Thank you for such a great experience 😀 The clinic itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean and the location is perfect with parking outside. Overall a fantastic experience 👌
