I went in today to see Dr. Gouw for fillers which he suggested wasn't what I needed for my concerns. Although I walked out of slightly disappointed. I was grateful he didn't sell me something that wasn't working toward my goals. He made suggestions which would be helpful for my goals.

Although receiving fillers is a fairly safe procedure I understand, theres always a possibility of something going wrong causing irreparable damage if the filler goes into a vein. I'm a big proponent of avoiding a fire instead of putting it out and when Dr. Gouws checked where my veins were first through a device was the first time I experienced this. My outcome was indeed just right for me but his concern for my safety trumped all else and felt obliged to give him this review. Well done is better than well said. Thank you.

Parisa is a wonderful specialist! I had a Pixel laser procedure done with her. She performed everything very carefully and explained all the nuances of what I should do after the procedure. I felt well taken care of and comfortable throughout the process.

Dr. Chow was excellent. I've never had a physician take such time and care with my procedure. The receptionist and other practitioners are always welcoming and friendly. Plus the clinic has amazing specials...be sure to ask!

I highly recommend Frances Lash & Brows! Darya is incredibly professional, talented, and excellent at what she does. I have very sensitive eyes and have always struggled with lash extensions causing irritation and discomfort. Darya's latest technology is amazing. There was no stinging, no redness, and my eyes felt completely comfortable throughout the process. The lashes are also lightweight and natural that I genuinely feel like I'm not wearing extensions at all. I am so thrilled with the end result!
