She explained every process in detail, she is very knowledgable and knows what she’s doing, reassured/comforted me throughout the whole process, listened to my requests attentively (e.g. the exact shape of brows I wanted, making my uneven lips symmetrical, etc.), and the results all look natural and symmetrical and just like how I wanted. I had Botox in 2 areas (forehead and inbetween brows) and lip filler. First time trying both and I absolutely LOVE my results! My forehead definitely appears smoother with less crease/wrinkle lines and my lips just look INCREDIBLE 😍 Kim gave me the exact shape and fullness I was after, she explained things and answered all my questions as we went along.
