First visit to ILLUME this morning….. will be back for sure…… wonderful treatment done by Blaise…. Facial with micro needling . Blaise was super professional and made me feel relaxed throughout…. Very informative about skincare routine and aftercare 5 star treatment.

4 stars because I didn’t get a hair wash included in the deal. I went with my hair unwashed i presumed it was. However, Lorna who cute my hair did a really good job I would go back and recommend her. Ended up having to pay for a dry blow dry on my unwashed hair I did feel Pressured to keep paying more it was a little uncomfortable and to be honest not very friendly. Good haircut though.

Beautifully clean shop with a welcoming experience from Blaise. I am very happy with the treatments I’ve had and have actually decided to change from my regular therapist to this one. That’s how confident and comfortable I am. Thankyou Blaise I’m so pleased you have come to this area x
