Been to Mona twice now, last year for my lips and this time for Botox, plus a top up two weeks after where I needed. My lips have lasted since last November and still look full but natural which is what I wanted! Love the Botox and Mona has been great explaining the placement of the Botox and I am really happy with the results. Always feel comfortable going and trust Mona with any treatment. Mona is the loveliest woman who is so reassuring and gentle. I had the liquid rhinoplasty and as soon as I walked in she made me feel at ease. She is very honest regarding how much you need. 5 star service, had a vampire facial and lip filler treatment . Trisha listened to everything and was very light handed when doing the treatment. This made the procedure less painful. Mona is a very kind, professional and skilled practitioner. I had a panic attack halfway through my filler treatment and Mona was so incredibly kind and looked after me. Although I said I was feeling better after 30 mins Mona did not proceed with the treatment and advised needed to rest and recuperate in the treatment room. whist checking on me every few minutes in between her other appointments she bought me lunch and made sure I was hydrated only when she felt I was ok 2hours later did she finished off my fillers and all I can say is I am amazed at the results and her amazing empathy.
