I recently had combination brows along with fat freezing & skin tightening treatments with Nahid, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and fully informed about every step. My brows look absolutely stunning natural, beautifully shaped, and exactly what I wanted. The fat freezing and skin tightening treatments have already made such a noticeable difference, and I will definitely book further treatments of this. I had the Spa Pedicure with Paraffin Wax and a Manicure with Susan, and it was a wonderful experience. Susan was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment. The paraffin wax treatment felt incredibly soothing and left my feet feeling soft and refreshed My manicure and pedicure were done with great care, and I left feeling pampered and relaxed. The whole experience was enjoyable, and I would happily recommend Susan to anyone looking for a high-quality treatment. Thank you for such a lovely service!

sad to have my builder gels removed but hospital requires them free. Julie was so positive with me and even tho they are short they do look good.After op I'm back and thinking of the beautiful blue and white she fid the other week. I'm in love with it as I normally have neutral for work while recuperation is on I'm going colorful!!

​Davinder is genuinely the best Hollywood waxer ever! I felt no pain at all, which is a total game-changer. I got both my legs and Hollywood done, and she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. As a plus-size woman, I was a bit nervous, but Davinder was so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and non-judgmental. She is a true professional and an absolute lovely person. I won't go to anyone else.

I had the HydraFacial Deluxe (with LED & Booster) with Merita, and it was a fantastic experience. Merita was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The facial was relaxing, and my skin felt deeply cleansed, refreshed, and hydrated afterwards. The LED treatment and booster were a great addition, leaving my skin looking brighter and feeling incredibly smooth. I left feeling pampered and very happy with the results. Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

5 stars for the service provided by the girls. Laura gave superb service as always and I wouldn't take a star away from her for the state of the salon. If my rating was on the salon I'd give it 2 stars. The"refit" is terrible. The walls look like bare unfinished plaster. The paint work is shoddy. Skirting, plugs, light fittings look filthy & covered in paint. The pedicure platform is a trip hazard and I do not want to sit with my feet out in the middle of the room for all to see. The manicure tables are too narrow and too close to other clients. Reception already has flaking paint. Very poor
