Amazing and very professional service with Olena. From the moment I came in, she made me feel welcome and very special. Her soft demeanour in how she spoke, explained the process to me and throughout the service did keep the flow based on how my interest. My 1st time here and now my favourite nail SPA in Birmingham and certainly will be my resident nail Spa. Love how my Japanese treatment turned out. Love my nails and now to a healthy journey.

I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Nail artist Yee did an excellent job with my manicure. The quality was outstanding, and she was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented throughout the process. I'm extremely satisfied with the result and will definitely come back again

Have had Molly do my eyelashes about 3 times now and she is fantastic! Always made me feel welcome in the salon and did my eyelashes exactly how I wanted them. So sad that I’m leaving Birmingham as would definitely keep coming if it wasn’t for that! Thanks Molly for making my eyelashes look amazing for all the end of uni events I had :)

Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

I had the Lash & Brow combo. I was a bit nervous about it as I'm an older woman & didn't want anything to look too over the top for my age. Summer was lovely. She talked me through the process ,discussed my options & showed me photos . I'm absolutely delighted with the end results. Happy I won't need makeup for my holidays, but still retaining a natural look. Would highly recommend Summer .

First for a Japanese manicure, nails looking clean and polished using natural ingredients. The beeswax and oil hand massage was very soothing. The salon is like no other salon, very elegant and relaxing. Thank you ladies next one is the pedicure 😉

I had my Korean eyelash lift done by Summer and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was extremely polite, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Her attention to detail was amazing, and she took real care to make every lash look perfect. The final result is beautifully lifted, natural, and long lasting. Summer’s skill and kindness truly stand out, and she is a real credit to the company. I had my manicure and pedicure done by Nicole and she was amazing! She paid so much attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect. She was gentle, professional, and really took her time to make my nails look beautiful. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish.
