BEST experience ever - Nina was so professional, highly skilled, incredibly patient, kind, meticulous, thorough and just wonderful. Genuinely the best we've ever dealt with of anyone doing our nails, anywhere. The receptionist was exceptional too and so helpful and accommodating when making the booking. The venue clean and welcoming - delicious coffee too! Nina, you made my teenage daughter so happy - her prom nails look perfect! I can't rate Amis in Valletta highly enough. Thank you for exceeding expectations!

Ivana was truly exceptional. She explained everything clearly and in detail, without ever making me feel rushed despite her busy schedule. What I appreciated most was her respectful and honest approach, she really listened and tailored the discussion to me, rather than pushing treatments. We spoke about skin tightening and jawline refinement, and she guided me professionally, even recommending a doctor at Carisma Aesthetics in Sliema for further consultation. Beyond her expertise, Ivana has a wonderful way of connecting. Can’t wait to start our planned journey for my summer body.

Had such a great experience and wish I had time to go back again while in Valletta. I had Kathleen look after me for my eyebrows, facial and waxing. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed at all times. She is very hospitable and even helped me with my travel skin routine. She recommended me these skincare products in pouches that are great for traveling that you can purchase at the front desk. The express facial was a highlight ! She tailored to my skin needs and I really enjoyed the jelly face mask with the head massage. Highly recommend!

This is actually my second review because Ease Spa was THAT good! I had a spa treatment yesterday that I originally paid for, but when they noticed I had accidentally overpaid, they immediately accommodated me with a complimentary 20-minute focus massage. I don’t recall the name of the therapist, but she was absolutely amazing and so sweet, professional, and a really great masseuse. Both visits left me feeling relaxed, cared for, and truly impressed. Highly recommend!

A very wonderful and very relaxing Head Spa experience! Julie got to explain about my hair type and the Sweet Head Spa treatment process. The whole duration I felt very relaxed. I've been doing my nails for many years. This is sadly the second time in a row my nails have started peeling after a week. I am happy with Annie's professionalism and quality of work. She's great. We are trying something new, let's hope my nails last this time. 🤞😊
