From the moment I walked in, I knew I was going to give AuraOrganics Spa (HW) 5 stars! The receptionist was flexible with me running a few minutes late (I’m so appreciative, it’s my birthday). The private day package offered everything it promised and I took some really nice pictures. The hot tub 10/10. My masseuse was 10/10, she was lovely and got right in there with the knots on my back. 45 minutes was definitely needed. I can’t even highlight the best part because this was the best birthday experience. Overall the staff were friendly and I will be coming back very soon!!

Holly’s sound healing sessions are very special and unique! I have had the pleasure of attending most of Hollys sound healing events and retreats, and they are the most beautifully curated and empowering spaces. Hollys attention to detail is recognisable from the start to the end, creating a safe and open space for every person in the room. Providing an experience for people to feel and express on an individual level whilst around like minded people. Hollys skills of sound healing, chanting, breathwork and meditation combined make it an all round experience for the senses. Beautifully serene.

I went for a facial with Amal and it was just PERFECTION. I was taken in straight away. Amal made it incredibly comfortable and relaxing. She's would ask me all my skin concerns and my routines as well as my sensitivities to ensure she'd use the right products targetting my skin needs. She was awfully kind to me at all times and explaining every single step and what was being used. She'd also give me great recommendations to preserve the good work and keep my skin healthy and glowing. 20/10 for Amal and for the Greenwich Spa. I'll surely be coming back soon. Naomi x

The overall experience was great with friendly staff. All inclusive spa with privacy. The only odd thing I noticed during massage was that masseurs were using one hand multiple times which could be an indication that they were using their phones with the other hand. I could be wrong but both my husband and I noticed it during our session. Other than that I would definitely recommend it.

Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.

My knowledge of anything to do with skincare is little to none. Holly not only provided a tranquil space where I felt comfortable and well looked after but she also took her time to explain the benefits of each product she used on my face. My glycolic peel and microneedling which I have never had before, I really enjoyed. She was truly amazing and only a few hours after my treatments, my skin is feeling so different! I will be back for another experience with her. Cannot recommend her enough!

The spa was good, the lady explained everything to us, however it wasn’t entirely private as the staff walked in a couple of times. The facilities were all good. However the temperature of the hot tub was not hot enough, which was a bit disappointing. Overall good spa.

I had my 2nd colonic hydrotherapy with Suzanna who was amazing! I definitely will go back and would highly recommend the Greenwich spa! You will be in safe hands with Suzanna

Enjoyed the private spa experience thoroughly. Everything was clean and we were well taken care of. Would be nice to include a cold room or something so you can cool down before re-entering the steam room etc. Also would be nice to have instructions on the shower controls as the water was scolding hot.

Booked pamper package 2 and foot massage as a gift for my wife. After it was finished, she called me telling that it was an amazing experience. Definitely will come back!

Sarah was incredibly friendly and helpful with all my questions. The space was nice and inviting, the treatment was seamless, and a very professional service. Really pleased with my experience.

I loved how you explained what you were doing and asked if things were ok so providing a safe space. The facial was divine. The products were cooling and soothing and felt, and smelled, like heaven. I visited Aura Organics Spa for a honey brightening facial and I loved the experience! The therapist was friendly, the products are natural and the overall experience relaxing. Highly recommend.

First time visit for a colonic & was so nervous. Melody was great. She was patient & friendly which put me at ease. After treatment, you have the room for the time you need to ease and finish clearing before leaving with absolute privacy. Brilliant place & phenomenal service.
