The overall experience was excellent—she creates such a great vibe with soothing music, a clean and professional space, and truly warm customer service. I went back for a lash fill and a brow shaping and tint, and it was just as great the second time. Highly recommend!

I had my first lash extension experience here, and it was amazing! The space was super clean, and I loved that they even had contact lens cases and solution available. My lash technician was so kind and took the time to explain all the different types of lashes, making me feel really comfortable with my choice. I’m so happy with how they turned out!

I got my eyelashes done for the first time today by Katie. Before my appointment she texted me directions and pictures of the building. I explained to her what look I was going for and she did an amazing job! She was so nice and gave me a little care package at the end of my appointment. If you are in the New York/ Long Island City area I definitely recommend her!

been going here for my lash extensions and I absolutely love the results every time! My lashes always come out full, beautiful, and exactly how I like them. The retention is great and they last really well between fills. I also have a monthly package, which makes it super convenient and worth it. The environment is clean, relaxing, and professional, and I always feel taken care of during my appointments. If you’re looking for someone who does amazing lashes and is consistent with their work, I definitely recommend!

I have been looking for a Brow Salon here in New York and I made the right choice. Ann was very kind and accommodating, she made sure to explain to me the process and asked me beforehand what I wanted for my brows. She was very gentle and I appreciate that she checks on me once in a while if I was okay. I also love the results! Highly recommended and Definitely coming back for my brow maintenance.

This place was nothing short of amazing. Kyle is so gentle and reassuring. This is the absolute best experience I have had with lash extensions and the variety there was just breathtaking. This isn't simply a place to go get your lashes done. He examined my face, complexion and eyebrows to choose what lashes best fit me for the sweet, natural look that I wanted. I love this place, I loved the experience and will be returning.

I had such a great experience with Katie at Lash n Brow! It was my first time getting lash extensions, and she patiently guided me through the process and answered all of my questions. She recommended a different set than the one I had booked after looking at my eye shape and natural lashes, so that I could get the best outcome. During the actual application process, she was gentle, and I felt very relaxed. Would definitely recommend coming here!

Just moved to the states and was greeted with the best lash lift by Ashley! Ashley speaks you through the whole process and trust me you are in great hands from that moment on. The chair is so comfortable and the vibes in the salon are so relaxing - you'll fall asleep if Ashley doesn't make you laugh for the full hour with her stories. what a gem. Someone finally got my eyelashes to curl! 🏆 This was my third attempt, having had disappointing results in other places, and I'm happy to say they got these ramrod straight lashes curling and beautiful with their lash lift treatment. The spot is a hidden gem in the mall, walking into what feels like a calming oasis. Professional, clean, and skilled. 10/10 Angie and Maria are both amazing.

Everyone was fantastic! Kate at the front desk was super helpful and got me in same day for an emergency lash removal due to a bad reaction to a new lash extension set from another salon. Maria took amazingly great care in removing the extensions. I will go back to have them do my lash extensions in the future!

He works magic! I came with damaged eyelashes, years of not getting them done properly, I went to KS lash and he did such a fabulous job.. my new growth is growing, and each time my lashes are better and better! I originally went in for a brow lamination with tint and trim after speaking with Katie she suggested the henna tint with trim Oh my god I started out with no eyebrows and now I have a full set!!!! I left so happy definitely will be going back The atmosphere was very calm and intimate I left so happy I am going back for lash extensions soon!!!

She saved my lashes! I had a bad experience at another salon, but at yokomomo, all my concerns were addressed and fixed. I came away with a new, beautiful set of extensions that are lightweight and high quality. my lashes were treated very gently.

Found this place on google near home decided to try. elevator wasnt working but were only 2 flights. Inside was a vibe & the staff was warm & welcome. I met my lash tech & went straight to it. Process was seamless, took 2 hrs & fell asleep.I got a full set natural individual. They came out pretty I went for a cat eye look. 1 thing I wish could be different was ALL the lashes be individual.tech applied 2d lashes to the outer corners, which is something I didnt want. I’ll def come back & I’ll express EVEN MORE that I don’t want anything BUT individual lashes, NO 2D

Everyone (receptionists, lash technicians) were kind, professional, and communicative! In my appointment, I received a lash extension removal from another salon and a cashmere set from Lash-bar Foula. Min Milli was my lash technician; her communication throughout the session was reassuring and caring plus she has the gentlest hands (literally fell asleep during session and woke up like Sleeping Beauty) :) Overall super grateful and definitely my new lash salon whenever I’m in NYC!

I absolutely loved my experience today! It was my first time getting a brow lamination, and Katie did an incredible job—she’s truly skilled at what she does. I left the salon feeling so happy with the results! This should be every woman’s go-to salon for brows and lashes! (I’ll definitely be trying the eyelash extensions next time!) After having a not so great experience somewhere else, KS Lash was the complete opposite. Lulu was very knowledgeable and patient making sure I understood lashes every step of the way. Will definitely return!
