Daria conducted a full consultation on the upcoming procedure, dedicated to all the details, also recommended creams that need to be purchased to protect the skin after laser hair removal. A wonderful experience! I was greeted by Sviti as soon as I walked in, and I was a few minutes early but she started prepping immediately. She was very friendly and sweet! English is not her first language but I had no problems understanding her, we were able to have a nice conversation! Everything was very clean and pretty. I have been getting my lashes done for over 6 years, but she still explained what she was doing as she did it, which I appreciated very much. She helped me pick out which style I wanted. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful! And I would 100% use her again!

In my opinion, Laser Concept is the best laser clinic I have visited so far. As a transgender woman, feeling safe, respected, and welcomed is extremely important to me, and the team here has always been professional, friendly, and supportive. The staff creates a comfortable atmosphere for everyone, regardless of background. The equipment is modern, the treatments are performed with great care, and the results have been excellent. I am very impressed with the quality of service. I always walk out looking glam and I receive so many compliments that I feel like a queen. This place is "IT". I get my lashes, eye brows, and nails done over there and I intend to remain a client as long as they are open.
