Absolutely super lovely, warm & welcoming staff! My 18 year old daughter went for her first ever laser treatment with them. She is neurodiverse & they were absolutely amazing with her! They went above & beyond to support her! I was able to stay on site & get on with some work whilst she had her full 2 hour laser treatment! The results after just 1 treatment are astounding & she is looking forward to going back again this month! I highly recommend the staff who work at Erase That Ink! Amazing group of wonderful women! 🙏💖🙏

Laura gave me a tour of the clinic, provided me with a medical questionnaire and explained the laser hair removal process and gave aftercare advice. I completed a patch test during the visit today and look forward to my next (and first full session) of laser hair removal treatment in December.

I have to say I was very impressed with what I had to see from how clean the place was to how friendly the staff were, im getting a tattoo removed and people told me it was more painful than getting a tattoo and to be ready to fill some pain but I have to say it's really not that bad I know everyone has a different pain fresh hard but it's really isn't that bad at all. If you are looking at wanting a tattoo removed I would 100% say go for it you will be very happy with the Services briprovided and it's set at a good price too and cheaper then any other place in the uk 🇬🇧

Channey was so lovely, welcoming and refreshing to chat to, so down to earth and did a brilliant job to my BIAB nails. She talked me through the health of my nails as she worked on them, and the best course of action for them. Easy to arrange an appointment with and flexible doing so. She has such a relaxing set up and its so nice to see her building an amazing business around her passion. Can't wait to return, and wouldn't go anywhere else now

If you are worried about having your eyebrows removed with laser - (from the biggest worrier in the world) DON’T BE! I cannot recommend Erase That Ink enough and Laura was absolutely amazing! Laura was thorough and understanding about how nervous I was. She did the patch test and it was literally a 1-2 out of a 10 pain for a few seconds. It was not at all what I expected. I went back a few days later for the full treatment with numbing cream and the treatment was not painful at all and was over within a minute. I wouldn’t worry or hesitate to go back for a second session. Thanks Laura!!

I feel fantastic. Katie gave me lash extensions and a brow shape and tint. I was nervous about having lashes as wanted then to look glam but still fairly natural. Katie exceeded my expectations- I love them 💕

How can something as unenjoyable as tattoo removal be so much fun! I always enjoy my sessions with Ceri. I feel so comfortable with her. We laugh, set the world to rights and get hair/tattoo removal done!
