I went to Nicole for a take off and new set of classics. This is a salon from home which is very comfortable and fit for purpose. She checked what my requirements were and explained what she was doing throughout. The whole experience was very relaxing and felt more like a therapeutic treatment. I was given an aftercare pack including lash shampoo with cleansing brush and an under eye mask and lip mask. All in all the best lash experience I’ve had - thoroughly recommend!

Amazing, always love visiting Mel for treatments , makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. Had my nails , eyebrows and eyelashes done and so happy. So impressed with my lash tint and lift . My eyebrows are done to perfection and my nails look amazing. Thank you again xx

Beth did a great job of my LVL Lash lift and Brow Lamination. I have quite fine and sparse lashes and have always struggled to get them to look good but Beth made them look super lifted whilst still being natural! They look great Thank you

It was my 2nd time at The House of Castellis and it was a lovely experience again. Jodie is an amazing stylist and so lovely and talks you through exactly what she is going to do and puts you at ease straight away❣️Will definitely be booking in for a full balayage in the next few months, lovely 10/10 experience xxxx

Chris gave my son an outstanding haircut in a classic mod style. He was incredibly polite, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. What really stood out was the time he took to go through inspiration photos with my son to fully understand exactly what he wanted. The attention to detail and care he showed made all the difference, and the final result was brilliant. My son absolutely loved his hair—we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing. I had an eyelash lift and tint done in June by princess and she was so lovely and so good at what she does❤️ Wouldn’t go anywhere else now💓 Such a lovely, clean and well looked after salon with the most friendliest atmosphere. Ella was absolutely brilliant! I had a full body massage as well as an eyebrow wax and tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The massage was incredibly relaxing and professional — she really listened to what I needed and made me feel completely at ease. My eyebrows look perfect too, shaped and tinted exactly how I wanted. Ella is warm, skilled, and clearly takes pride in her work. I'll definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality treatments! X

After multiple different hairdressers had overbleached my hair or left me with an undesirable result, I FINALLY found Chelsea... she instantly put me at ease, set my expectations from the beginning, spoke in detail about how we can achieve what I want but still keeping my hair health. Mel is totally here for us anxious lot. I've been wanting to get my brows & lashes done for years, but going somewhere where I feel welcomed, with parking, reasonably priced etc, my anxieties went crazy so I always put it off. Then Mel popped up and was exactly what I was looking for. I explained to her I had a streak on my face so my right eyelashes and eyebrow are white. At the patch test she had a good look at my lashes and brows and went through all the forms she needed to and was confident she could cover the streak. She wasn't wrong! Fabulous! X

I had a full body massage which included a head a face massage. I cannot rate it high enough. It was great. The pressure was perfect and it was all very soothing and relaxing. Good quality oils were used and I felt totally relaxed afterwards. The room was lovely and warm and inviting. Janet is a lovely person and nsjes you feel at ease as soon as you meet her. I highly recommend a treatment.

I had my new hair extensions fitted by Chloe, who I always go to because she’s amazing at what she does and such a lovely lady. She always gives the best advice on products and how to properly maintain my hair extensions. I wouldn’t go anywhere else — she’s the best!
