Hayley is always so understanding, offers the best (knowledgeable) advice… & has the comfiest bed in any salon! Love my eyelashes, Cathy is always so kind and accommodating, 38 weeks pregnant and she made sure I got to get my lashes done before baby came and allowed me to be able to pamper myself and made sure I was comfortable throughout! Amazing service as always !! Definitely recommend

I had my eyelashes done here last week and I am extremely happy with the results. The lash technician was very professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail throughout the entire appointment. She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to ensure the lashes suited me perfectly. The final result looks absolutely beautiful and natural, exactly what I wanted. Stunning lashes with a relaxing massage with the VIP package! Amazing lash tech ! Have been a few times now and will continue to visit BBYs. Very professional and welcoming also. First set of lashes I had done were for my 2 week holiday ! Retention was great and still had my lashes on when I returned ! Would definitely recommend girls ! Xx
