Excellent as always. Daisy was flying solo today with a full day of clients & a spa booking. Although short staffed due to sickness Daisy was professional & attentive to all clients in her care whilst juggling multiple treatments. Superstar!

Yet again another 2.5 hours of bliss with Daisy who is more confident and professional over the past year. Her skills doing my nails with colour blending is great and she did well today ready for my lunch outing to celebrate our 57th wedding anniversary. To top it all my eye brows and eye lashes package enhanced my new style hair cut provided by Jodie last Wednesday and my regular 6 weekly pedicure fulfilled my time spent with Daisy today. My absolute fave lady for all treatments, I trust her with it all! I’ve had nails, lashes, brows and makeup and she’s smashed it every single time. The salon is gorgeous and relaxed, and I have never left disappointed. It’s a massive bonus that Ciara is the loveliest girl and every session is also a catch up with a friend. The very best there is!

Well, what an experience today at LA Beauty today. My pre holiday pamper was absolutely exquisite. Starting with a pedicure by the multi- talented Daisy. It’s always good to catch up with Daisy and hear of her progress as the junior therapist. Today was no exception and we delved into the theory and practice of her college course. Daisy then moved on to perform miracles on my eyelashes and eyebrows shaping and tinting which she has mastered to perfection so well trained by Louisa! The piece de resistance was the facial. My what a luxurious experience so skilfull and confidently administered.

Fantastic thank you Louisa and Daisy. We absolutely loved our spa morning. It was so relaxing. Every part of the morning was perfection. The steam room was spotlessly clean, as was the sauna. They were both set at perfect temperatures. The relaxation room was wonderful, to the smallest detail. There were so many choices of seating to relax in; we both loved the massage couches and I enjoyed sitting in the egg swing chair. The lighting, lights, diffusers and music were all tasteful and helped us to have a chilled out session. Louisa and Daisy were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble.

My skin feels like velvet after the facial, the products are just amazing! My shoulder is also feeling much better after hurting it this week. Emily knew just what to do and how to massage it back to full strength!

I had an excellent shoulder and back massage including hot stones by Daisy. She was gentle yet firm where I needed it. As Daisy has perfected her massage technique she has grown in confidence and is able to mix and match techniques to her client needs. That is clearly what she did today. I felt inches taller after today’s massage. Thank you so much Daisy.
