I started working with Brigitte in November 2024, and by July 2025 my full permanent make-up was complete. She removed my old eyebrow tattoo, then created new brows, a Smoky Eyeliner and lip blush tattoo – all beautifully tailored to me. Brigitte is honest, precise and truly professional, always explaining what’s possible. As a nail technician and mum of a five-year-old, this has boosted my confidence and simplified my mornings. Sophie, the specialist and owner, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill throughout the session. Her expertise ensured that most of the process was painless. Beyond her technical proficiency, Sophie was a delight to converse with, making the appointment both efficient and enjoyable. The treatment room itself was impeccably clean and stylish, reflecting the high standards. Can't recommend her enough!!

This is my second time going to Harriet for toenail reconstruction and am I glad that she’s now moved to Nottingham, yes I am! She does an amazing job, she never fails to give me the outcome I’m looking for. She’s such a lovely polite girl also and nothing is too much trouble. Ive been going to Laura for quite some time now, and i really cant recommend her enough, she is professional, while also beens super friendly, she makes you feel so relaxed, so much so I normally have 40 winks while shes doing my lashes!! Laura, you are an incredible person, and you are tops at what you do, I love my monthly appointments with you and would never even consider going anywhere else!! Had my eyebrows waxed by Hannah and she did an amazing job. Took her time, was really particular and they came out amazing. She was so good about checking in and making sure I was happy with how they were turning out. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for beauty services in Nottingham ñ!

It was my very first time getting lash extensions, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was pretty nervous at first, but she was so kind and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She took her time to explain everything, was super gentle, and made sure I was happy with the look. My lashes turned out absolutely beautiful — natural, full, and exactly what I wanted! She was also really accommodating with scheduling, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back highly recommend her to anyone thinking about getting lash extensions for the first time! 💖
