I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience yesterday with Rosa. From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. The treatment included not only the head spa itself, but also a beautiful facial and a massage across my shoulders and arms, which made it feel like a full luxury spa experience rather than just a hair treatment. Rosa washed my hair so thoroughly and gently, and then used a variety of different techniques and treatments on my scalp and hair that felt amazing. If you’re thinking about booking a Japanese head spa, do it and definitely book Rosa!

I recently had an incredible experience with Nyka, and I can’t express enough how impressed I am with her skills and professionalism! I am a over 2 weeks late writing this review. My lash lift and tint with Isabela was great and I am really happy with it. I have always used one person for my lash lifts so was abit nervous going to someone else, but she made me feel really comfortable and explained the process as she was doing it. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease. And I was left feeling happy with how my lashes have turned out. I would definitely recommend her to people.

Eva was so articulate in talking me through the procedure, my expectations, creating a brow unique to me. I’m totally confident in her ability & looking forward to having it done. I was set on micro blading but Eva explained that as I’m a mature woman it would not be suitable & that ombré would give me a much better & softer result. I liked her honesty.
