I had such a lovely experience! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She was incredibly kind, professional, and paid so much attention to detail throughout the appointment. My lash lift turned out absolutely amazing,my lashes look beautifully lifted, natural, and exactly what I was hoping for. 10/10 experience!!! I’m honestly so happy I found Mai🥹✨ She absolutely nailed my nail design — even better than I imagined — and my lashes came out so full, voluminous, and exactly how I wanted. Her attention to detail is incredible! She’s so patient, kind, and really listens, making the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. Zainab has been so sweet and so patient with me from the get go! Iv never had lash extensions before and she took her time to explain everything and make sure we got what I was wanting, especially since my lashes have so many gaps and are weak so we weren’t sure what to go for but honestly I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out and I’m so so glad I found her for my lashes! Already looking forward to my next lash appointment 😁

It was great to meet Patricya who was professional and really knows her craft. I have had eyelashes done before and they always feel heavy even though classic. This time not and no glue in my eyes. She gave me some tips and really explained what to look out for when doing lashes. Highly recomend.

Really lovely service, Nancy was very kind and chatty. She did an amazing job, very quick and efficient while also making sure each nail was perfect! I’m really impressed and love how my nails have turned out. We had a good chat about which colour suits me and she offered we tried out a few to make sure I liked it before committing to the full 10 fingers! I am going to book in for a refill now! :)

This place was amazing! The time was taken to understand exactly what I wanted even though I wasn’t sure what that was, the eyelash therapist knew what would be good for my type of eyes and made my eyelashes look the best they’ve looked. Would 100% recommendation.

Ever time I go my lashes last so long! I also use the serum she has available, which helps a lot. Sounds like an ad 😅 but really makes a difference. Last time my lashes lasted almost 2 months. Will definitely go back ❤️

Georgina was great, very responsive and informative. We went through a whatsapp consultation with pictures, and she made sure I was getting exactly the results I wanted. The Korean lash lift is definitely much more pleasant than a LVL since the products used are much less harsh and kinder to your skin.

I went there for eyelashes petch test and end up having my Hollywood wax. It was the best wax ever I had it. Beautician was very experienced and friendly. Highly recommended. 5 ⭐️
