I love coming here to get my lashes done. She does my lashes perfect every time. The studio is so relaxing and calm, it’s the only time I get to switch off. If I’m not sleeping during my appointment we are laughing and yapping. The best lash tech I have ever been to. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes. First time getting my lashes done in London and I’m so happy I found Zoe! I’m from Nottingham and decided literally last minute to book in, and she did not disappoint. I had an eyelash lift and tint. My eyelashes are naturally blonde and wanted them done so I don’t need to worry about mascara when I’m on holiday. They look great! So much care was taken and wasn’t rushed at all which other places do. Really pleased and will go back again in the future 😊

Really great, no post-application sting and usually my eyes stream a LOT when I get lashes done so its mostly an unpleasant experience for me. But I was very pleased with what Kay did for me, great lashes, didn't feel a thing! Already my fave lash tech :)

Absolutely amazing couples massage! My boyfriend and I booked a 1-hour full-body deep tissue massage for his birthday, and we loved every minute. Aisha and Bhumi were so kind, welcoming and informative, especially with aftercare advice. I was so relaxed I think I fell asleep about 10 times! 😂 The screen between us was perfect, with calming rain sounds, candles and dim lighting creating such a peaceful atmosphere. Herbal tea at the end was a lovely touch. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and like life was worth living again! 😂❤️ 100% recommend, I’ll definitely be back for my own BDAY!

Absolutely loved my experience with Anastasia. It was my first ever lash lift and tint, and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. She is incredibly kind, professional, and talented. I honestly couldn’t believe the results - my lashes look so natural but beautifully lifted. My first time at beauty Lab and first time getting my brows laminated. What a difference it makes to my face. Shagol was amazing, she made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous with it being my first time. I also had a facial to deep cleanse my skin which was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep. I had a very good experience getting my eyelash extensions. The staff are very polite, and I felt comfortable during the appointment. The lash technician helped me decide what style I want and gave me recommendations based on my eye shape and size. She was efficient and the results are amazing. I would definitely recommend.

Honestly the best! Always does my lashes and brows to perfection! Love the fact she takes her time to remove old lashes, clean the lashes and prime them before perfecting the set! Always so accommodating and good vibes!
