I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience yesterday with Rosa. From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. The treatment included not only the head spa itself, but also a beautiful facial and a massage across my shoulders and arms, which made it feel like a full luxury spa experience rather than just a hair treatment. Rosa washed my hair so thoroughly and gently, and then used a variety of different techniques and treatments on my scalp and hair that felt amazing. If you’re thinking about booking a Japanese head spa, do it and definitely book Rosa!

First time visiting and I was genuinely impressed. I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Becky, which immediately set the tone. I booked a Hydro Glow Facial. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and Shannon took the time to explain each step, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout. The salon is modern, spotless and has such a welcoming atmosphere it honestly felt like being at a friend’s house. I left feeling like my skin looked refreshed and glowing and the treatment was very reasonable priced. The goodie bag at the end was a really nice touch too.

Abi is the only person I trust with my brows and lashes. Her passion for what she does really shines through in her work. She always takes her time to make sure I leave feeling completely happy with the results. 🥰 If you’re looking for someone new to take care of your brows and lashes, or you want to elevate what you’re currently getting done, she’s definitely the person to go to. An incredibly diligent and talented young professional!

The classic set I got was really good. This is the first time I am experiencing a classic set to be so lovely, natural looking and long lasting. The service was really good and professional and the atmosphere in the room is very comfortable and relaxing. The best lash tech out there!

Always feel so comfortable and put to ease as soon as I walk through the door. I don’t just trust anyone/ go anywhere when it comes to procedures on my face & I feel so confident everytime I see the girls! They are really amazing & full of knowledge. Thank you so much! I am a over 2 weeks late writing this review. My lash lift and tint with Isabela was great and I am really happy with it. I have always used one person for my lash lifts so was abit nervous going to someone else, but she made me feel really comfortable and explained the process as she was doing it. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease. And I was left feeling happy with how my lashes have turned out. I would definitely recommend her to people.

Pooja was lovely. She did a full body wax, Hollywood wax, full face wax with eyebrow threading on me and she was very gentle and fast at the same time. I was very happy with the level of service I got. Would highly recommend x

Zaini is an extremely talented hair stylist/ hairdresser! She knows exactly what the client needs and delivers perfectly !!! I had a full head highlights done with wash and blow dry… the results were amazing !! Thank you Zaini and thanks to Beauty Suite ( Mina) for staying behind late , even after closing hours!!
