I can’t recommend Roz highly enough. She does my eyelashes and her attention to detail is absolutely amazing — every set is beautifully done and always exactly what I want. Roz is professional, friendly, and instantly puts you at ease, making the whole experience relaxing as well as enjoyable. Her new room has such a calm, chilled, and welcoming atmosphere, which makes every appointment even better. My lashes always look flawless and last so well. Another amazing Colombian wood therapy full body massage by Alice. It was so relaxing, the 55mins felt like 5! Alice always tailors the pressure to your needs which has helped to ease tightness in my shoulders and lower back.

I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Roz is so lovely and friendly, and she makes you feel completely at ease from the minute you walk in. Her attention to detail is unreal, and she genuinely cares about getting every set of lashes perfect. I always leave feeling amazing. If you’re looking for someone who’s talented, professional and just a genuinely lovely person, I can’t recommend Roz enough.

I have had treatments at Re-treat on many occasions. Alice and her assistant Ellie are very friendly and welcoming making for a lovely relaxed atmosphere. This week I had an eyelash lift and tint which I am so very pleased with and also for the first time ever a nail treatment which is amazing. Alice is extremely professional and works to. a high standard. I would thoroughly recommend using this salon

I absolutely adore Cathy and she has worked wonders on my frozen shoulder and lower back pain over the past few months. I couldn't recommend her anymore highly and I love that she is always looking to increase the services offered at BFLF and her skill-set. Appointments are available 7 days a week and at a range of times. As someone that works shifts/ away from home, I always find an appointment to suit my diary.

Incredible I enjoy a full of feet treatment and spa every 4/5 weeks, when i go in fy feet are bit of a mess edgy nails and rough skin. Amanda works her magic on them and afterwards i am completely rejuvenated and cant wait to return for another session. Wonderful experience. xxx
