It was my first time visiting Lou for a Korean lash lift & tint , and the results exceeded my expectations, they look amazing! Lou was so welcoming and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Her room also has such a lovely, relaxing vibe. I’ll definitely be booking in again in the future and would highly recommend her.

I can’t recommend this salon enough! From the moment I sat down, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease. such a lovely person to chat with, and her work is absolutely flawless. Just had the Korean lash lift by Kirsty. The treatment was so relaxing, I nearly fell asleep whilst Kirsty worked her magic. The final result was amazing. I have naturally straight eyelashes but the lift I have got is incredible. Cannot wait to book in again.

Had my hair appointment (full head colour and cut) with Kelly. I am so pleased with the results! Kelly was very knowledgeable when discussing colour options and did an amazing transformation on my hair. Highly recommend anyone to go to Lilly and Grace for a really good hair experience

I treated myself to a wonderful back massage and facial with Laura and WOW! What a treat it was! The massage was amazing, mid to deep level which I what I love, had loads of knots that she worked on and my lower back, felt so much relief from that and also so relaxed, followed by amazing facial (definitely fell asleep in some parts) full deep cleanse with steam and hot towels, which just makes it all the more luxurious, and again amazing face, neck, should and scalp massage using aromatherapy oils. I honestly walked out there floating! Thanks so much Laura can’t wait for the next appointment x

A lovely relaxing experience. Laura is so patient even when I’m mardy over my Botox 🤣 I use Laura for waxing, lashes and Botox and also had massages and dermaplaning and she excels at every treatment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for treatments. Thanks Laura xx
