Nice environment good service however volume lashes look like classic lashes there was no thickness or wisp/fluff to the lashes which is what I expected.

I get my eyebrows threaded with Harvinder, she’s really good and understood what I wanted. It was painless and she takes her time. I recently moved to Birmingham, so I’m so glad I trusted Harvinder! She’s my go to person!

Just visited brow box. Was travelling for work and meeting was cancelled last minute so decided to book some me time in. Place is super easy to find really near the main station. Had a massage, pedicure and eyelashes was a wonderful experience- lovely attentive staff, excellent service. Very happy with everything thank you!

Wonderful experience for my first time getting lash extensions. Jodi talked me through the lash options to make sure I was certain on my choice. She updated me on what she was doing throughout and gave great instruction. She's so lovely and had a nice chat and gave me after care tools and information. Aboustly happy everytime , I go in the sun on Hoilday, swim in the pool and the sea, I wash my hair in the shower and my lashes are still attached, always look natural, when they are ready to come off they naturally fall off, leaving my own lashes on, very comfortable place, lovely biscuits and tea , won’t go anywhere else,

I had my eye lash extension , brow tinting and shaping by the very owner Nilima. Where do I begin with. First of all the place has got a nice tidy vibe. The staff is extremely well behaved. Nilima is the real boss lady with full of positive energy. Shes very gentle in client handling. She strived for him satisfaction. And I extremely loved talking to him during the services.
