I’ve seen the same person forever for my lashes but due to illness, sadly she’s had to close off. This therefore was my first time with Ella. Such a warm girl, so at ease STRAIGHT away. She asked so many questions so she had an exact picture of what I hoped for. And honestly they couldn’t be more perfect!!! I love them. Such a professional yet personal set up. I had my 3-weekly catch-up with Milly today, which is always full of lovely chitter-chatter, and as an added bonus I got my nails redone! Just three months ago my nails were very short and fragile, but thanks to Milly’s care and expertise I now have strong, beautiful nails that I’m proud to show off. She is so professional and talented, always offering great advice, and on top of that she’s such a lovely person that the time just flies by. Highly recommend!

First time with Ella, she was brilliant. I wanted a unique style and she did a great consult and I’m very happy with the lashes she did. Felt very comfortable during the appointment and was able to use the toilet and get a drink as many times as I needed. Studio was very relaxing and pretty, overall felt very pampered and relaxed at the end.

Absolutely amazing experience again! Kim worked her magic with my colour, cut and styling – I couldn’t be happier with how fresh and fabulous my hair looks. Milly has done the most beautiful BIAB nails; they’re now so naturally long and strong that they look like perfect extensions! The whole team is wonderfully professional, welcoming and friendly, and it’s always such a joy to catch up with everyone. A truly fantastic salon that I can’t recommend enough!
