Richanna is extremely professional. The best lash technician I have had in a while. Her work is exceptional, you leave feeling awesome. She uses quality materials and protects your real lashing to ensure they are healthly despite the fact that you have extensions. Additionally, her customer service is first class. It was good for a first timer. Didn't like that I had to lie bra less without covering up prior to the therapist's start. Also I had to change in a dark room. Other than that I would return for a service again.
