This was my third time seeing Sofia, and she always does amazing work! Today I went in to cover my grays and refresh my butterfly haircut, and I absolutely loved the results. She takes the time to listen to what I want, pays attention to every detail, and always makes sure I leave feeling confident and happy with my hair. I had Alisa as my stylist and wow! I have a bunch of extensions that were not put in properly and at one of the lowest points in my life. I really needed some help. She really went above and beyond and worked very hard to make it absolutely perfect. Hannah jumped into help out as well and she was also super great. I left feeling like a brand new person and it really gave me the boost that I’ve been needing for a very long time. Isn’t that what getting your hair done is all about? ?The customer service was truly unmatched, and I will be returning!
