I've been to several nail salons over the years, and this is by far the most welcoming one I've ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly, professional, and truly makes you feel like a valued customer. The customer service is outstanding, and it's clear they genuinely care about their clients and the overall experience. Ali is amazing! She has incredible attention to detail and takes so much pride in her work. My nails always look beautiful, and she never rushes through the appointment. She listens to what I want and is such a gem! Highly recommend!

Brandon & Trish were everything!!!!!!!!!!! Such great personalities and great people to talk to! Brandon did my Luxury Spa Pedicure and did my toes with gel polish. Trish did my dip powder manicure and waxed my eyebrows and even did some nice relaxing massage on my head/face. This is my first time getting my nails/feet done at this place and I see why it's highly recommended!! I only got mt eyebrows done before (by Karen who is also great). The space is spotless and has such a relaxing vibe. I’ve tried a few different nail salons in the area, and this one is by far the best. The prices are better than anywhere else I’ve been, and the quality is amazing. I will definitely be back for another great service!

Holi is fantastic. Husband said she did more then any other nail tech has ever done. She actually cleaned under his nails and 98% of the nail techs do not do that.

I love my nail tech Tracy. She takes great care of me! My nails last a full three weeks with a powder dip manicure. The salon is always clean and the front staff id always friendly. I haven’t gone anywhere else since i found GFN

I recently visited this nail salon and had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Wonderful, as always! Best nail shop in AZ! Karen’s my girl - she always does a great job! My nail look lovely and fresh every time I come in for a fill. Greenfield nails is the best I’ve ever found! I had a great experience at Greenfield Nails. My nail tech was Veronica (pedicure) and Matt (manicure, dip). Both did a great job, the nail color I chose was really light and Matt checked in with me to make sore it was what I wanted, after talking it through I changed my mind and was really happy I did! Veronica did an awesome job too. I would recommend both of them. Thanks!

I love the staff here! Everyone is so friendly!! My nail technician Aaron was extremely sweet but I would share one recommendation with him to make sure he gets the extra acrylic fill out of under the nails. This place is the best and I won’t go anywhere else.

Don always does a great job and it was great that Vanessa was able to jump in to give me the nail design I wanted since it was out of Don's wheelhouse. The only issue I had is that a month ago I made the appts for the nails, pedi and wax but I wasn't able to get my wax done because they didn't do my appts right and the person I wanted to do my wax was not available. I wish I was told at the beginning to ask for my wax first. So make sure you do this in the future.

The absolutely best salon I have been to in the Valley. From the staff, the ambiance, the cleanliness, and to the quality of the service, Greenfield Nails exceeds all of my expectations. I typically dread getting my nails done (I’m a nail biter, it’s hard for me to sit still for that long, etc), but every time I have the opportunity to come to GFN, it ends up being the highlight of my day. They also go above and beyond with educating you on what service is best for you, without feeling like you’re being sold something. Huge plus for nail biters like me!

Greenfield Nails & Spa is THE nicest spa I’ve been to in Phoenix. I was most impressed by how clean, organized & sanitized all of their tools are. The salon is aesthetically beautiful and they have a really great range of shades and services. My full set acrylics with tip & shaping was only $52. The couple of staff & technician I spoke with were kind and helpful. I will absolutely be back to Greenfield Nails and Salon!

TYLER is the best! Always gets my nails done right! I do stilleto hard gel fill ins and had a few tips broken this time (haha, it's not the first)...He fixed the nails right up and they look so good! He also does a great job at the pedicure, too! Takes his time and makes sure to take care of you! Literally, I have 2 painful nails/skin on my big toes and he works his magic to helping my toes feel so much lighter! Always going to Tyler! Highly recommend as your nail tech!

Kayla was lovely and did a perfect job on my nails!!. My only frustration was the up charge for nail length. My nails are relatively short and I got a new set of acrylics so no extra work in shaping or trimming. Got an upcharge last time for shaping? Since when is oval a custom shape? Never had such charges anywhere else. Would be better received to just raise your prices than be up charged for basic services that are included in every other salon I have been to. If you woul

Genny was my nail tech, and she was phenomenal! My appointment was just a simple manicure, but so many nail techs either ruin the square shape I like, leave sharp edges, or file my natural nails too thin. Genny did none of that, her attention to detail and understanding of exactly what I wanted were flawless. Her customer service was also exceptional. She made me feel more like a friend than just another client, & she was so friendly & personable. My experience was truly a 10/10. I almost never leave reviews good or bad so that says a lot. Genny, I hope you get the recognition you deserve!

Nails look good and I was done in under 1.5hrs. Pedi tech didn’t offer me water, so I had to ask another employee for one. Both mani and pedi techs, along with their co-workers were very chatty in Vietnamese. Historically, GFN has set themselves apart from other nail salons by NOT allowing employees to chat with one another frivolously in Vietnamese.
